Der FTP Server ist nicht verfügbar bzw. offline!

Hallo,

Habe seit 01.06.2019 TekLab auf meinen neuen Rootserver installiert, nur habe ich das Problem wenn ich im Webinterface von TekLab bin

und auf Webftp klicke kommt die Meldung Der FTP Server ist nicht verfügbar bzw. offline! was muss ich machen das ich den Online bekomme ??

Und ich dann Webftp nutzen kann ? habe mal versucht neu zu starten aber dann kommt diese Fehlermeldung über Hilfe würde ich mich freuen vielen Dank für die Bemühungen

Habe mal via FTP zu verbinden versucht aber

Es konnte keine Verbindung hergestellt werden, da der Zielcomputer die Verbindung verweigerte.

Verbindung fehlgeschlagen.

Was muss ich machen das ich in TekLab den FTP nutzen kann ???
