Table doesn't exist Error

Dear TekLab-Supportteam,

I wanted to install teklab on my rootserver.

The installation went fine, but when i want to connect to the web-service i get this error:

"Table 'tekbase_Fio9.teklab_options' doesn't exist"

I tried installing it new a few times but with no luck.

In my apache2 error log I get this error:

"[Wed Feb 03 10:09:34.956856 2021] [php7:error] [pid 55576] [client 188.27.236.144:50147] script '/var/www/html/main.php' not found or unable to stat, referer: http://45.89.125.215/"

I hope you can solve my problem.

In the folder install is a database SQL This again import manually after it should be fixed.
